Together with Michal Kolář and Dominika Šindelková, we will visit the Brno district of Husovice.

The originally working-class district of Husovice is the place of childhood, adolescence and formation of František Halas, whose origin left its mark on his work and political work.

The district of Husovice acquired its character gradually and dynamically. Conceptually and urbanistically, architects of the interwar years tried to approach Husovice. Above all, Bohuslav Fuchs, Jindřich Kumpošt and Jiří Kroha left their attempts to solve social issues permanently imprinted on Husovice streets and alleys.

And in them, stories full of ideals, love for people, words and art and a desire for change meet together.
