How to paint prehistory: two-day art workshop

The weekend workshop at the Pavilon Anthropos will offer participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of prehistory through art.

The workshop is connected to the Paleoart exhibition by painter Petr Modlitba, sometimes described as a modern successor to the legacy of Zdeněk Burian. The first day will begin with a guided tour of the exhibition led by Petr Modlitba, followed by a creative session inspired by prehistoric motifs. On the second day, the workshop will continue with artist Libor Sigmund. The program focuses on artistic techniques and understanding anatomy in art, and participants will create their own painted bookmarks.

The workshop will take place on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00 and is open to participants aged 15 and above.
